Big Greek wedding

From Leeza “We go way back! We met at church camp when we were in middle school. We remained friends, calling and sending messages to each other here and there throughout the years.”

In the spring of 2019, Leeza texted George and the rest is history. George was moving from Delaware to Columbus Ohio and made a stop to visit his old “friend” in Pittsburgh along the way. After seeing each other for the first time in years, the two knew that they were not friends anymore. Both being Greek Orthodox, their faith was always the core of the relationship. Some of the brightest moments of the wedding day were their first steps as a crowned couple in the ceremony, and their traditional Greek dances at the reception.  We also took a few ballroom dance lessons so our first dance was exciting for the two of us to show off! Seeing friends and family watch from the balcony and the excitement and energy in the museum was one of the highlights of the day.
