how they met;
My co-worker introduced me to Kris when a group of us were at a bar in Mount Washington. I was immediately drawn to Kris, and we hit it off right away! He got my phone number that night, and he set up a date for the following weekend. At that time, Kris was traveling to both Texas and Canada five days a week for work, so we made the most out of our weekends together from that first date on.
The proposal;
Fast forward to April 2021 – Kris was finishing renovations at a house that he had been flipping. He told me to come check out work he did to an “accent wall” before we head to Home Depot for some supplies. When i got to the house, I walked into, not only a finished accent wall, but also hundreds of flowers. He asked me to marry him – and of course I said yes!
The Big Day
We will be having our wedding in August of 2022. The ceremony will be at St. Paul Cathedral and the reception will be just blocks away at Carnegie music hall.
