How they met

Lauryn and JJ met in their high school chorus class back in 2005. The flirtation between them began during an after school event when JJ gave Lauryn a piggy back ride. While performing in the school musical they discovered that they both shared a deep love for music. As this bond quickly brought them closer together, they realized that they were becoming more than just friends. Over the next 7 years their relationship was very off and on. In 2012, JJ decided to join the Air Force and that was when they broke things off for the last time.

Reunited

After not speaking to each other for 5 years, being in other relationships, and learning a lot about life and themselves, JJ reached out to Lauryn during some hard times and now the rest is history. They both truly believe that life is short and everything happens for a reason. Not only are they beyond excited for their wedding day next year but they also feel so blessed to be welcoming a baby girl into the world this fall.
